Inconsistent performer
Today I was given a rating of inconsistent performer. A 4. A rating left for the bad workers. The past year has been one that crystallised any doubts I had in regards to whether or not my future is with my current employer. I am disappointed with myself and how I performed. I am worried for what the future will now bring for my career.
